General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between you and Mini Maysie Makes (MMM). Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions. Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
Customer Orders
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods over email or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All email orders will be acknowledged within 24 working hours, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that any verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your online order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail). Your bespoke/personalised order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place upon receipt of payment from yourself.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Prices are in GBP, all other currencies are exclusive of UK VAT, taxes and duties, these will be calculated at the checkout. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store/at events or by email.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store/event is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in-store/event.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
Order Processing
Once we have received your online order and payment, we will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to pick & pack your order the same day, ready for collection by the delivery service the following working day. Should your order contain a bespoke/personalised item, we will notify you of a timescale of for delivery of your bespoke/personalised item but will ask if you would like the additional items sent prior to your bespoke/personalised order being ready. Additional postage charges may apply.
Delivery
We are committed to ensuring your order is dispatched on time and sent via the delivery service selected when you placed your order. Once your parcel leaves us, its journey depends on our trusted carriers. While orders are usually delivered as expected, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
If your order hasn’t arrived as anticipated, we recommend checking the tracking for any updates. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
All UK Mainland orders are charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the next day depending on the time or service chosen when the order was placed. If for any reason you refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
When using a courier service, certain areas of the UK will incur additional charges, or experience delivery delays longer than advertised. These areas are (but not exhaustive) as follows: Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE).
Some orders can take longer to prepare or require special care due to size and weight, if we suspect your order may get held up we will contact you using the contact details supplied by you on your order. If the cost of delivery to you is significantly higher than the amount paid due to size and weight restrictions we reserve the right to contact you to discuss the charges with a view to amend the amount paid for delivery. Please note that we are unfortunately, no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland (BT).
Availability
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are made by us/received from our supplier.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Colour Reproduction
We have made every effort to reproduce colours on our website as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.
This means that when you order products from our website, colours may differ from what you see on the screen. For this reason we detail the main colour of each fabric used.
Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be conducted in English only.

All correspondence must be in English.

Mini Maysie Makes strives to ensure you’re always satisfied with your purchase. However, if something goes wrong please review the following policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under these conditions:
Damaged or Defective
· Non Handmade - Items: If your non-handmade item arrives damaged or defective, kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either refund you or send a replacement.
· Handmade - Items: Due to our levels of quality control, we do not offer refunds for our Handmade items.
· Bespoke/Personalised Handmade Items: As these items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Should you wish to cancel your bespoke/personalised order during the making process, please contact us as early as possible to discuss your request.
Incorrect
If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will rectify the issue by offering paid postage to return the incorrect item & upon receipt we will send you the correct one.
Missing Items
If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., missing items), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will request photos of the open package from you initially then will rectify the issue by offering refund for the missing items or we will send you the missing items.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
· Custom or personalised orders
· Digital downloads
Returns Policy
If you're unsatisfied with your order and it doesn’t fall under the non-returnable category, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
· Contact us within 5 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Items must be dispatched back within 7 days of delivery.
· Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be in its original condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund Process
· Contact Us: To initiate a refund, email us at minimaysiemakes@hotmail.com with your order number and issue details. We may request photos of damaged or defective items.
· Return Items: In the case of a return, we will provide shipping instructions. Please use a trackable service as buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
· Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
We only accept cancellations if:
· The order hasn’t been started &/or no project fabric has be purchased by MMM.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at minimaysiemakes@hotmail.com.
Once your order is in the production stage or has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
Non-Refundable/Partial Refund Situations
Refunds will not be offered in these cases:
· Change of mind on custom or print-on-demand apparel orders once production has started.
· Items are returned in damaged or used condition (unless faulty on arrival).
· Requests made outside the 7-day window after delivery.
Partial refunds will be offered in these cases:
· Change of mind on a bespoke/personalised order prior to project fabrics &/or production has started. If approved by MMM, a refund of 75% of the purchase/order price will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please kindly check your bank account or contact your credit card provider.
